REPLACEMENT ABSTRACT: Accurate communication is essential for employee safety, job training and promotion, coordination with co-workers, and customer satisfaction. A panel of workplace English teachers and program developers and fundraisers describe successful grant-funded, vocational English programs for immigrant workers as well as sources of government funding for workplace English training.
